He said that he received emails but it doesn't state any names. Is that right?
I guess texts will go directly to him.
Since it is a cashier's check can not follow up.

Did not send G1145. Called customer service, rep did not give receipt numbers. Waiting on notices.

I tried that 3 times between 5pm and 6pm and the second level customer service reps had closed early each day. It's best to try between 8am & 10am after 10 days have passed. I got my text notifications on the 12th day.

Hello. I?m in Boston too. I filed on 2/28/2018. Check is cashed on 3/12. Got letters from them on March 16. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I guess it takes about 12 days to get the checks cashed. Did you include G1145? If so when did you get the email notifications?

My husband and I filed his packet yesterday, 3/16. Due to extenuating circumstances, we weren't able to file as quickly as we'd hoped we would. He's been here since Jan 4 and has to leave by April 3rd... at what point is he ok to stay once the paperwork is sent in? Im worried nothing will move with the paperwork before the date he is supposed to leave.

If you receive the receipt notice before April 3 then he won't need to leave because his status will be AOS until you receive a final decision. The problem would be if your package gets returned for some reason. If you receive the notice a few days after April 3 but the application day in the receipt notice is before April 3 then he's fine too. Because the important thing is to be in legal status at the time of filing. I'm in a similar situation but my stay expires in 2 months so I have a bit more time.

I'm now awaiting my text/email.

I sent my I485 documents along with I765 and I131 this week and they were delivered on Monday 26th March. Since the retrogression is effective from April 1st, would I be able to know whether my application receipt number after March 31st? or do I have to wait till Oct 1st?

Thanks, I guess it takes about 12 days to get the checks cashed. Did you include G1145? If so when did you get the email notifications?

I asked my lawyer to file G1145. But I didn?t receive any text or emails. Not sure if my lawyer receives it.

My lawyer informed me and also If you check the visa bulletin on USCIS website, its there. From what I have heard is, USCIS won't process I485 applications from April 1st, 2018 till September 30th.

Uni, I humbly request to present yourself in clear context. Nobody can understand what are you talking about.

Most people on this thread are AOS by marriage to US citizen for which visa bulletin does not apply. Those cases get processed without any hold ups due to visa bulletin. Please explain what kind of case is yours and then we can help answer your question.
