You're welcome! We are here to keep each other sane. We thank you for the positive energy sent our way. According to the Level 2 officer I just spoke to, our change of address is confirmed. Hopefully, the wheels will start turning for our case.

By the way, focus on getting the green card. EAD/AP are interim benefits, and ultimately, do not grant you any lawful status. Sure, it's better than nothing. You are authorized to work and travel, but that's it.

Unfortunately we have to (maybe fortunately since it may help according to what I have read in forums in general) since we don't have any day care or family in where we live.

You will have to call USCIS and request a EAD expidite under the severe financial hardship category.

You will most likely recieve an email from USCIS. If you follow your case status online (after creating an online account), you should see the message "On June 5, 2018, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxx." Watch for this as its possible that they incorrectly took your email address when you made the request. If you haven't heard from USCIS, but you see the message, call them and they will tell you how to send the evidence- usually by fax.

Not really. Honestly most people meet online these days. @Kaylip this user on this forum met her husband online but if I?m not mistaken she had evidence of emails, texts and other communications as evidence. She was approved right on the spot.
