Wow my OPT expired on the same day as yours lol!
My PD is March 2nd, 2018
Received RFIE on 7/3
Response for RFE received on 7/16
(they said my husband wasn't making 1.25x poverty line according to his 2017 tax return from when he was a graduate student, we either had to prove assets or get a joint sponsor, I asked my mother in law to be my joint sponsor)
Current status - Request for Evidence Response Review
No updates since then.....

A couple of early and middle March filers are starting to get their EAD approved

Same here. It?s crazy because I?m also on a June file thread and I?ve read other threads where there are some people who went from application to GC in hand in 4-6 months...

I wish it was that fast, but unfortunately from people have been saying that was a system glitch.
I?m just here waiting patiently for my combo card. Haha

We filed 03-16-18. Case received 03-27-18. That's all it says. There are others with the same PD getting the EAD/AP already. So maybe they're already working on March 2018 filers?

I hope it should be soon
Because I'm tired of waiting and I need to work / get a driver license since my driver license expired I was a F1 student

Yeah, after my biometrics appt. is completed next week I?ll be waiting for that combo card as well. Processing times really do seem to be all over the place because I?m on a March filer thread on here and someone outside of that glitch timeline has an extremely fast timeline... Houston office. I?m wondering if they categorize and prioritize by status at time of adjustment.. I?m a DACA recipient and most people on here seem to be other than that.

I've been a long-time lurker on these forums and have found the information so helpful. I finally received my EAD/AP card this week and wanted to share my timeline.

EAD approval

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that I got my EAD approved ten days ago. I did get my representative involved but only for the Travel Document (which I filed in May). Not sure if I'll get a combo card or just a work permit yet. My card should be delivered next Monday according to USPS.

The system glitch is a real thing. It's not a rumor or hear-say. It happened to several offices and they scheduled interviews out of order.

PD March2018 18, status was Ready to schedule interview for 2 months, today changed to We are processing your card it might take 120 days.
Already it's been 130 days now again 120 days to just get EAD and AP?
Is there a way I can expedite at this point?

I?m not sure I follow. Are you saying that your EAD/AP card was just approved?

EAD taking extremely long - Nebraska office

Hello All,

Anyone can share experience about the EAD I-765 Nebraska office?
My priority date is March 02nd 2018, I just checked the USCIS processing times online and it says 2.5 to 5 months.

However, I cannot submit a inquiry online and over the phone, a representative informed me that the std processing times is actually 6.5 months.
Is that correct?

Also, I currently have an H1B Visa and I am wondering if that is why the EAD is taking longer?
Anyone with H1B visa to share experience?
I don't know what else to do.

We have the same PD 3/2, I'm still waiting for the EAD as well. I thought all EADs are issued by National Benefits Center?
