URGENT PLEASE HELP: Missed Biometrics week before my i485 Interview

Hi Everyone,


My i485 interview is next week. I received the interview letters in Feb and last week I received a letter to get the biometrics done. The date on the biometrics lettter had passed and i missed the biometrics appointment. I am going to ASC on Thursday to get them done. Will I automatiaclly be denied GC because my biometrics weren't completed on time?

Is it odd that my i485 interview is 1 week after my biometrics appointment? PLEASE HELP

Yes something is very wrong with this timeline. They take your bio-metrics so they can do a background/fingerprint check by the FBI. when did you file? Go get boimetrics asap and still show up at interview appointment but most likely it will be rescheduled or they might interview you but wait decision pending green card.

I filed in 2007, and now I'm finally scheduled for my greencard interview. I am still going to show up to the interview.

I'm in a bit of panic because I missed the fingerprinting and biometrics. I will be getting them done on Thursday hopefully USCIS will allow walkin and I will get the letter stamped and sent back. Not really sure what to do...

Does anyone have any epxierence with this?
