Hi Forum Members,

I received an email today from USCIS today.
"We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time. We will notify you when your case status change. We last took action on your case on March 8, 2018"

The date March 8, 2018 is not reflecting when i check my status online, it still has a date from Jan 2018. I did raise a SR on March 20, 2018 for my EAD.

Can someone please shed some light on this?

I got the same, at 4.30 this morning!! 5 separate emails (I only have four cases so I don't know why) but with last action on Nov 2nd/Nov 30/December 14. This is reflective of my online case status apart from the November 30th which i assume is my 485 as i did my biometrics on Nov 29th. I also raised SR's on Feb 24th and March 19th regarding my EAD but neither has been assigned to date.

same here, PD 12/20 did SR 03/21 and got 2 emails this morning at 730AM EST

I should have mentioned in my post, I got 4 emails (same content) which sort of makes sense as I submitted 4 applications, but the date does not reflect in USCIS case status portal.
I'm not sure what to make out of it, but if there is an update, at least the application is moving forward, that is nice.

At least you guys are getting a response. I submitted a SR in February 2nd and was never assigned. I am an October filer to Chicago office

I submitted a request in Feb that wasnt assigned and another on the 19th of march that hasn't been assigned yet either. I think the email was a generic one.

I got only 2 emails and I made 3 applications. Confusing.
Does any one have any updates, EAD? Afterwards and how long after the email;

It's a bi-weekly status update

So I applied for my mom's greencard renewal on Feb 11, 2018 and then I am getting an update email at least every two weeks.

- If there is an event before this two weeks period, I get an actual status update alert email with the subject "We have taken an action on your case".

-If there is no update during this two weeks period then I get a virtual email with the subject "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time".

Hope this helps. (This is just my understanding of these email alerts. Luckily, my wife's i-130, i-485, & i-765 didn't take long enough to receive these email alerts. So I am not sure if greencard renewal and i-485 email alerts uses the same logic.)
