Last Name & Middle Name Spelt Wrong In Birth Cert.

My middle name & last name is shown differently in my birth certificate. The last 'alphabet' of middle name & last name is different as against the passport, first name is correct on both. Will this create any problem when applying for I485?? My spouse is the applicant & all his papers are accurate.

Please advice as we need to file I485 next week.

I had similiar situation.My husband last name was shown differently on the marriage certificate than in real.We went for the interview but we didn't get any problem.We showed this to the officer but she didn't had any problem with it.I think you shouldn't worry about it.
