I have approved I-140 from one company. My labour being approved for New York. I am no longer working for this company. Is there anyway I can transfer the approved I-140 and start my I485 from another company. If not, can I atleast use that priority date for filing my new labour application? ANy other workarounds to file for the I485. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
