AOS package received : Jan 22, 2018

I haven't received my biometrics appointment notice till now. On march 9th they moved my case to National Benefit Center in Nebraska. Im so worried. Please help

I did and raise a ticket. After that they moved my case from TSC to NBC on March 9th. My country is current so priority date doesn't matter. Still i haven't heard anything

You need not worried so much though it sucks sometimes and most especially its been a long time, to prepare for information get ready a fax number through which you can get information,if it is faxed to you then call the customer service and opt to speak with a level 2 officer mostly they are always busy but they will return your call not later than that day so you have to go every where with your phone.
Also don't forget to have all your receipts number so close by your side and detail information about you including your address.
