Hi, it seems that we have to wait for long time in San Fernando
    My case is the following
    PD: September 15 2017
    Biometrics: November 9 2017
Ready to be scheduled for the interview: March 9, 2018
And you're lucky to receive EAD. I haven't got it yet,
    My case is EB-2

based on new processing times, 50% of cases are around 15 month. So I suggest that our interviews will be around Aug-Oct 2018

      Hi All,

      San Fernando Valley Filer here.

I had my AOS interview last March 6, 2018. The interview went well, the IO told us that she is recommending our case for approval and congratulated us. Even give us information about how to renew my conditional green card.
But until now my online status says "Interview Scheduled" and no mail updates from them.

Getting frustrated here, I dont know what to do.

Anyone had an AOS interview recently in San Fernando Valley?

P.S. My AOS is marriage based.

Have you gotten your EAD yet? If not, raise a service request. EAD shouldn't take that long.

Also, I keep getting emails from USCIS saying "they're still reviewing my case, nothing to do at this point". I think I got 5 emails in the past week when I only have 4 cases filed. So weird.

Hi, No I haven't received my EAD since September 26. I'm employment based and each counts for me.
I have raised few SRs and got the same message "No update, your I-765 is pending to be reviewed by officer". I'm thinking to apply to congressman.
And yes, I have got the same messages last week "No update".

Almost the same thing happened to me. I was considering going to the congressman's office but before doing so, I tried calling USCIS, raised another SR and talked to a Level 2 officer. For some reason, my online status changed to "New Card is Being Produced".

                SF Valley filer

I there, I am new to this forum and really appreciative for finding it. I am a SF Valley filer (EB1) and am at the stage where I am waiting for my interview.

                Here is my timeline:
                June 14, 2017 - USCIS approved EB1 application
July 24, 2017 - USCIS received AOS application
                August 29, 2017 - Biometrics appointment
October 8, 2017 - Received Employment Authorization Card (and AP)
December 20, 2017 - Received notice that case is transferred to Lee's Summit, MO
April 7, 2018 - Found out that my interview date has been mailed to me. Waiting to receive notice in the mail and find out interview date.

I am guessing I will be finding out my interview date this week or next week, I will let you know my date when I receive it.

Have any SF Valley filers had their interviews yet and can you give me any advice? Did you take your lawyer? What kind of questions did they ask you?

                Thank you!
