    Hi everyone. I am not ableto check my status on the uscis website for i485. It only shows?my? logo on the top and thats it. I created an account and wanted to add my case, for some reason it gave me an error says? it was reported to us that your ip address or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use. In order to avoid this issue, please create a customer account or a representative account? after this message i cant check it. It has been a week. Do you knowhow can i check it again ? Thank you in advance.

    The message you got is as a result of frequent logging to check your update.
    Why not try opening an informed delivery account to also track of you have messages from uscis

      Try clearing your browsing data (history, cookies, cache, etc). That might help.
