I140 approved; i485 in RFE, Change jobs?

Hello,

My case was submitted Oct. 2016 from a L1 to GC; my i140 approved Jan. 2018 and got a RFE for i485 (probably the answer will be submitted within the next 10 days).

I have a couple of possibilities to get offers from different companies, for similar roles, and know I could change via AC21. But would you recommend not to do so, for any reasons? Thanks!

Hi @usform007, it is rutinary stuff (health exams are expired, asking for wedding pictures, a couple of signatures, mainly).

I140 is approved for a couple of months now. Thanks!
