  • I-131 Advance Parole and traveling

    Hi guys
Can you travel outside the US with advance parole/ approved I-131 knowing that you've been out of status before you applied for adjustment of status?

I131 is the document u will use to travel, not your visa. You will only need your passport as ID when traveling. Once you're on AOS process it doesn't matter if u were out of status or not because once u send the package in u cannot return into the country without AP, which u already have.
