Missed Interview!!!! NEED HELP

Hello Everyone,

I'm a silent reader here from last 1 year but I need a help now.I came here under J-1 Visa and I filled my application EAD, I-130 I-131 and I-485 on may 12, 2017 at NBC under US Citizen filling for a spouse.

I got my EAD on September 7, 2017, after involving congressmen.

I almost 2 raised service to request the latest reply I got a reply from San Antonio on Feb 2, 2018, that case is under processing time and I raise another service request somewhere in March. I check with my lawyer she said its within time limit and nothing just wait and wait so i got a letter today which says that my application is denied because i didn't appear for an interview on Feb 6, 2018 that I just come to know we have an interview because I didn't any letter from USCIS or my lawyer and suddenly a letter came and stress us out and we feel so depressed. We are waiting from almost a year and now its denied and we have 1 month to appeal and file I-290B.
We have been through a really after I lost my job and my wife get laid off but somehow now everything going fine but my application got denied. Can anyone help me what can i do now and i don't want to pay for there mistakes.

Sorry to hear. Call customer service and tell them what happened, ask them what your options are since they never sent an interview letter. What did your lawyer say?

Sorry to hear but yes please try contacting customer service or schedule an Infopass appointment at your USCIS field office. Don't forget to collect evidence such as Proof of Service requests made and Printouts of Case Status online(If You collected) . Try to collect as much evidence as you can to prove that you were waiting for the Interview and you didn't receive at letter or update. Wish you a best of Luck...!

She is going to contact supervisior in san antonio field office.

Thanks for your help. I have all emails regards case out of processing time. Now waiting for our lawyer she is going to talk to supervisor in san antonio field office
