I have a derivative asylum status, and I sent my application for adjust of status (I-485)on September/2016. In addition, my I-131 advance parole expired 3 months ago, since my I-485 adjust of status is still pending for 19 months. I got my preview Advance Parole (NOT a refuge travel document)I-131 when I applied for adjust of status (combo with I-485/I-131and EAD). My questions are: which option I have to check in the application I-131 part 2 - application type: 1B or 1D?
And if I check the option 1B in the part 2, what I should write in the Part 6 - question number 1? (Country from which you are a refugee or asylee since I'm a derivative asylee).
