I-485 filed but approved i-130 moved to NVC

Hi,

I-485 is filed based on approved petition of I-130 for immediate relative. But before I-485 reached to USCIS, I-130 transferred to NVC. If we send request to NVC to return I-130 petition back to USCIS as beneficiary applied for adjustment of status. Will they consider the request and move it back to USCIS ? If so, normally how much time it may take once NVC receive the request ?

Please advice!!
