Hi,
To give you a quick background -
-I'm an Indian currently on an H1B status, and have an approved I-140 and priority date for the GC initiated by my employer.
-I got married last year and my wife is a US citizen. I'm now applying for my GC through naturalization by marriage (to avoid years of wait). We're filing the I-485 and I-130, 130a concurrently.
I'm working on my I-485 - On Page 4 Part 2 - 'Information about your Immigration Category', there are two questions involving "Receipt Number of Underlying Petition" and "Priority date from Underlying Petition".
Are these details I pick from my employer initiated GC process => should I be entering the receipt number from my employer-initiated-GC--I-797 and the priority date as the date of my employer-initiated-GC--PERM approval?
Or
Are these to be left blank (since I'm filing everything concurrently and have no receipts yet in my family-based-GC process)?
Many thanks.
