Pay stubs in place of w2 of 2018, low income in 2017 and 2016.

Hai respected forum members,
I'm us citizen filing gc for my spouse and i864 hurts me.
Last year I made only like 10,000 ,this year by god's grace, got a job in an insurance company, permanent position. Currently my projected Income is 21,600 per year. I want to begin the application process. CAN I USE pay stubs instead of waiting till 2019 for the W2? If so, is 3 months pay stubs enough?
