      Hi,

I have been following the forum since I sent my application in but just attended.

      My timeline is as follows,

The package sent in on April 16th
      PD April 19th
Received Biometrics letter on May 7th for 17th
Biometrics done on May 9th (early walk in)
Received courtesy letter for I-693 on May 17th
The case status is fingerprint review is completed
I hope I?m one of the luckiest people who got their GC in about 4 months.
And I am filing from Albany, NY

When did the website update the case as fingerprint review submitted, how many days after the biometrics?

Also now you need to wait for case ready to be scheduled and case scheduled for interview for final steps

Don't forget that all cases sit at the National Benefits Center until the interview has been scheduled. The field office does not play a role before that point. This case got to this point in 33 days. I know of one in Minnesota that got to this point in 29 days. Filed in October 2017 and is still waiting for the interview. So once you get the interview-ready stamp, then sure, those in Cleveland, OH., get scheduled right away and those in Houston, TX or Minneapolis, MN., wait for 14.5 months to 23.5 months. Houston's upper limit might be 32 months which is out of control.

I had my bio appointment on May 3rd and my case status has never been updated since then.
Why do some people seem to receive an email telling "We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case" and some don't ?

My case status is stuck to "Case was received" (I130 and I765) or "Fingerprint fee was received" (I485)

                          My timeline :

                          Marriage based AOS - I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864, now 48 days in the process.

                          04/04/18: Priority Date
04/19/18: Email & text notifications saying cases received
                          04/20/18: Checks cashed
04/25/18: NOA rec'd by mail for 3 forms
                          04/27/18: Biometrics appointment letter received
                          05/05/18: Biometrics complete
05/12/18: RFIE notice received (regarding I-485) & sent back on May 14th
05/17/18: RFIE received by NSC according to usps tracking

Not sure but I read somewhere that if you are issued a RFIE your case is put on hold and the day they receive your response to your RFIE becomes your new PRiority Date PD. That?s what I read somewhere but please call USCIS and verify.
