I looked through your previous posts. It does not seem like you missed anything. Most people would have missed including a copy of the OPT-EAD with the I-765 application, but you included it. I am going to go out on a limb and guess it's probably the I-864. It's likely all correct but it's possible that someone in the mailroom got confused. That form tends to trip them.

I was so confident that I included everything. It may very well be something dealing with the I-864, or hopefully it's something just as simple. We shall see.

Did you fill the i864 or the i864 EZ?

            My tracking

Marriage base AOS, B2, no lawyer
April 21 - Mailed to Chicago
            April 27 - check cashed
April 30 - received 4 emails from USCIS with receipt numbers

We still not received AOS yet via mail... Very nervous about this. Called to the local post office, they said that mail could be not delivered if the name wasn't included in the mail box. Name now included.
I registered on the USCIS and it shows they accepted the docs April 23. Hope we will receive NOAs soon. Waiting for fingerprint receipt as well.

                    Update

I just received my request for initial evidence letter in the mail. They're telling me to submit my birth certificate, which I already did with my original submission. I guess they misplaced it. I'm going to send another copy with the letter today.

Yea I was surprised. I know for a fact I sent it in. It's not like my birth certificate is difficult to read either since I'm Canadian. It doesn't need to be translated. I'm just glad it was something simple. I sent in out today via Fedex, they will receive it on Wednesday.

                                April 20th: Documents mailed in

I was starting to get nervous as most people receive their NOA's faster than this.
Hopefully the rest of the process will be faster, this is nerve wrecking!
