  • Any Cleveland Fillers?

    hello!

we sent our files to the Chicago lockbox concurrent filling of I-130, I-485 and I-765, marriage base with US Citizen, this is out timeline:

    PD: 02/07/2018
    Receipt date: 02/14/2018
    Checks cashed on: 02/16/2018
Letter with notice for bio appointment: 2/21/2018
Biometrics done on:03/05/2018 at Cleveland service office
    Courtesy letter for I-693: 03/06/2018
Last email update from the account says last action taken was 04/03/2018, status has not changed from " We received your biometrics fee and are reviewing your case" I-130 and I-765 are still at "We received your case"

Cleveland is one of the fastest offices so I am wondering if we should be hearing something soon.

Any others on Cleveland area who would be able to share their experience?

    thanks

No, Cleveland is the fastest office. Do you have accounts on egov.uscis.gov and my.uscis.gov ? It sounds to me like you only have an account on egov.uscis.gov. Try the other one. When it works, you get more detailed updates. It's only been 2 months 7 days for you. Your interview should take place before your EAD/AP is produced. It's just what's been happening with OH filers. And Cleveland is very efficient.

    All the best.

      accounts

      thank you!

i actually have both accounts, the egov is showing my I-485 last updated on 3/27 but the account on my.uscis is not showing any updates on the case status,is that normal? also in the egov account when I click to see the status of I-485 it shows in blank

            Hello,

I filed in Cleveland last year in April,
            timeline is in signature.
We had no RFE's so it went very fast for us!
3 months between sending in documents and interview, another 2 weeks for the final approval.

            Hope this helps

Thank you so much! It makes me feel better now! I'm assuming/hoping I don't have RFE too since I only got the I-693 courtesy letter so far. I'll just sit back and wait with fingers crossed
