Cannot Provide Information

Hello everybody,

I checked my I-485 status in the morning and everything was normal. I am still waiting my interview date. Today, again, I wanted to check it but since around 3pm, it says;

CASE STATUS
At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.

It?s still same for 4 hours and it?s actually scaring me. Is there anybody has the same problem? Is it a general problem or it is just about mine? Also I checked I-130 and it still says ?we received your case?.

I have the same message fr 2 weeks now.

The last notice was saying that " uscis is ready for scheduling an interview with me and wait for the mail for appointment.

and suddenly it change to this message which says "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information."


Law office told me that there is nothing we can do but waiting for an appointment mail...


Is this a glitch? or what is going on ? anyone knows?

Hello, I had the same experience and followed the instruction to call customer care. I spoke with two; the second tier agent told me it was a glitch but from her angle everything is ok and is pretty much the same as before which is waiting on an interview date. She added that if the notice has not changed within 3-4 weeks then I should call back.
