Hi Everyone,
I Just signed up to ask very specific questions. I am in, what I imagine, the final stage of my Green Card application. Basically just waiting for my Adjustment, I-485, to reach a final stage. I have applying via the EB1B (Outstanding Professor) mechanism last year and I got each step approved pretty fast - except this now pending state, which I am not sure what is really. Last notice from USCIS was "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction". I never received the notice mail, requested it again, but still no news. Have any of you experienced the same wait at this stage? If So, what were the subsequent steps? Also, anyone experienced with EB1B-based interviews? Is it worth to hire an attorney to accompany you? What were the questions?
Thanks very much!
