Are interviews waived for children aged 14 or younger?

I remember that often children younger than 14 years are waived from visa interviews.

Does the same apply for I-485 interviews if principal is employed-based? Does USCIS specify in interview notice letter whether child should appear or not to interview?

Are interviews waived for children aged 14 or younger?

Yes, All Children that have I-485 and I-130 submitted will be invited for interview. In most cases they wont be asked any question
