US Postal service could not deliver mail- PLEASE HELP

Hello everyone

I hope someone can help ease my mind on this issue, we filled concurrent I-485,765,130 marriage based with USC, our field office is Cleveland and PD is 2/07, biometrics done on 03/05, courtesy letter for 693 received 3/12, today we received an email saying " We have taken an action on your case Sign in to your account to view your case status" when we sign in this is the status on our case: April 20, 2018
The U.S. Postal Service could not deliver a notice we sent to you
You need to request that we resend the notice to you and provide your current mailing address

before this we had no case status updates, the previous status was: We received your biometrics fee and are reviewing your case

I130 and 765 are still at "we received your case"

We have not changed our address and im at home during working hours everyday, I dont understand why this was not delivered, when all the other correspondence was delivered without issues.

what happens now? is there any way I can know if this is an RFE or an interview appointment?

please help, I am beyond frustrated

If the carrier feels there is any sort of safety risk. This can be rather broad. Typically it involves a concern over a dog. Does not even need to be a big dog. Steps that need repaired, or are too icy, curbside boxes that cannot be approached safely due to blockage of some sort. If you are experiencing a service issue contact your post office and work with them to rectify the situation.
