Offiial Poverty Guidelines? Apparently we dont earn enough

I've had my second RFE saying my wifes income isnt enough to be my sponsor. I've googled the official poverty guidleine, but I'm wondering if anyone knows the exact figures USCIS will use. It would come as no surprise if they have a different scale they dont tell anyone about.

We are a 2 adult household, no dependents in any way, and she earns circa 100k

It feels like even if you supply the correct things, they dont seem to care

The problem could be what you are sending as evidence of spouses income.
