    I485 filling

    Dear all,

    I filled EB2-NIW petition concurrent I140-I485 last Nov. There's nothing much happening on that. I now want to file EB1 visa, do I need to file a separate I485 for my EB1 ?

    Please suggest. My lawyer and I are practically divorced and I do not want to pay more for this. Thanks so much and I hope some of you would chip in to help.
