I honestly cannot stand her anymore I genuinely and seriously want her out of my life. She causes pain and trouble for not just me but all my friends and family. I am afraid to even divorce her. I have no friends because she ruined all my friends. She ruined my relationship with my rich uncle who had setup millions of dollars of inheritance for me. She everytime I do something happy and am happy she tries to ruin it. I am scared to find new life, friends, hope, because I'm confident she will ruin the fuk out of it as soon as I do.

Just file for divorce. It's that simple. In law enforcement, they cannot lock u up if there is no proof of those alleged offences.
