I am the wife of a USC and my husband recently quit one of his job. I have all my paperwork filed already and will be doing my biometrics on Friday. However I want to know if I will need to send in an updated I864 and because he left that job my aunt will be a joint sponsor, so should I go ahead and send in her i864 for joint sponsorship or wait for a RFE.

I was advised by someone else on this site to just make a new I-864 and wait until they ask about it at the interview or send a RFE about it. I hope it helps a little that you're not alone I'd love to hear other people's advice as well!
