I am sure this is different for everyone. IF your accounts have been updating so far, you can expect to see a status update like this one. My spouse who rarely looks at the accounts, checked them today, and noticed the update on egov.uscis.gov -no text message-. We only got an email.
Remember that all this is saying is "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview". This is the rate determining step. This is where the backlog of your field office matters. Thus, you could be in this stage for a long time OR in some cases, a day or two.
If you signed up for email alerts, you will get something like the second screenshot. If you notice, these letters are all one generic template. "Testing and interview" - That refers to the English/civics test of the N-400 interview. Maybe they're trying to work faster and are just getting those letters out.
I suppose our case got to the "ready to be scheduled for interview" stage rather quickly. PD: 03/16/2018 - 04/23/2018; 39 days.

All the best! Did you set up USPS Informed Delivery?

          Hi UScitizenFilingforspouse,

What do you think is the best way to follow up with USCIS for the Interview notice. I have seen many cases here where the i485 status in https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do and https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ never change but Interview notice come through in mail.

The reason I am asking is all i485 correspondence mails goes to my attorney and the attorney office is always busy and they sometimes fail to let me if any mail from UCSIS delivered to them. Happened with bio metric notice.

My case was transferred to NBC on April 8th

          Thank you

            Ok.

            1. Have a stern conversation with your attorney. Set him/her straight or find a new one.
            2. Call the national customer service number. Tell them your accounts are not updating properly and you are concerned an interview notice has been sent in the mail but may have gotten lost. They will tell you. Ask to be transferred to a level 2 officer.
