Dependent got interview letter - Not Primary

Hello All,

I filed i-485 on Oct.18th @ NSC, our case is transferred to NBC on Jan 11th, my dependent got interview notice for May 2nd, primary did not get the interview. Does any one have experienced similar situation, i don't know how to move. Any advice will be helpful.

Called customer service no help, booked an infopass appointment to get to know more, not sure how much it will be helpful.
