Error messages when checking status. Help

Last Update on I765 was on 4/8 ?we received your fingerprints and case is being processed?
Last update on I485 was on 4/18 but no message. It?s just blank.

I called USCIS two times but both officers couldn?t pull up my file using the Receipt number I485. She transferred me to level 2 officer this morning and I?m sitting here waiting for a call back from them.

This has been happening since 4/19 and I signed up for email updates but I?m not getting them.
It seems my I485 is no longer on their system. Such a bizarre process.

create a uscis account. That will show your cases status. the main page won't. Had the same issue. Once you create your account you enter all your cases and you'll be able to check them. Anytime you sign into your account they will send you a one time code for security purpose.
