Application Status change after responding to RFE

Hi,

Does anybody's status has changed who responded to RFE in Feb/March/April 2018?

Mine is still stuck at : Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

How long does it take before anything changes on your application (in terms of progress)?

6/08/2018 - They updated they recieved my RFE on I-485
As of today - 7/31 - No changes in status.

I-140 status changed

My RFE came in March 2018 against I-140 application which was submitted back in July 2017 using regular processing. Back then i had no idea I-140 could be applied using premium processing and attorney didn?t mention anything about it to me (This blows up mind every time I think about it).

Anyways what?s done is done, I started following late last year immihelp very closely and learned about premium processing. So in March 2018 when my RFE came asking for my last 6 pay stubs, I asked my attorney to submit the response with my pay stubs using premium processing. He did and within 12-13 days my I-140 was approved and status updated on uscis portals. My biometrics were reviewed in July 2018 and presently I am waiting and praying (actually praying a whole lot) for my interview date to be generated.

It depends on which category you applying, check this website. It shows categories, which are eligible for premium processing.

Premium processing is/was/used to be available for some employment based categories. It's not available for family based petitions.
