01/21/18: I 130, I 864 Sent
01/22/18: I 130 received at Chicago Lockbox
01/27/18: Text and Email Notifications received
02/7/18: I797 /NOA received in mail

02/15/18: I 131, I 130A, I 485, I 765, updated I-864 filed
02/16/18: Docs received at Chicago Lockbox
03/02/18: Checks Cashed
03/08/18: Called USCIS with A-Number and received Receipts number for I 131, I 485, I 764. I 131 was rejected because there was no fees attached for I 131.
03/12/18: I 797/NOA received in emails
03/15/17: Biometrics appointment letter received for 03/28/18
03/17/18: Online status for I 485 changed to RFE
03/25/18: I 131 application sent stating that there's no fees for I 131 as per USCIS guidelines. This time they accepted it.
03/26/18: I 131 application recived at Chicago lockbox
03/26/18: RFE received for I 485 (Reason provided was that the application was signed more than a year before I 485 was filed. It was funny how they couldn't understand it the signature date as the pen stopped working while writing "8" in 2018 and USCIS took it as "2010" as the upper part of "8" wasn't visible completely).
03/28/18: Biometrics appointment done
04/02/18: I 797/ NOA received for I 131
04/12/18: Response to RFE was mailed to NBC, MO
04/13/18: Package arrived at NBC, MO
04/17/18: Status changed to On April 17, 2018, we received your response to our RFE for your Form I-485. Our NBC office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. We received your response to our request for more information. Your case is no longer on hold. You do not need to do anything at this time. We will resume processing your case and let you know if we need any more information from you.

No updates after that. Just waiting for the interview date or any update as a matter of fact

2. 2/25/2018 We received texts message (confirmation)

3. 03/03/2018 We Received letter for biometrics date 3/21/2018

4. We did a walk in 3/12/2018

5. 3/15/2018 We received a RFE with 3/12/2018 date for I485 asking for more information about Husband income

6. 3/15/2018 We send the RFE back

7. 3/22/2018 We Received an email on the account that they have received the RFE

8. 4/ 5/2018 We received an email 'We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case"

9. 4/17/2018 We check the status on the USCIS website and it says that "As of April 8, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-765"

10. 4/19/2018 We received an email ?We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time?

Thats all we got so far, we haven't received no more emails, NOA, or any letters in the mail.

12/14/17 Letter stating biometrics for EAD/AP not required as already given for AOS
2/24/18 SR raised regarding EAD as on day 75; not assigned
3/19/18 Second SR raised; still not assigned
4/15/18 RFE received stating no evidence of financial situation provided (it was!) And asking to send evidence. Letter actually dated 4/5/18
4/17/18 RFE response sent to NBC
4/19/18 email from uscis confirming receipt of RFE response

No further updates at this point. Still do not have EAD/AP

My timeline

My RFIE was for my birth certificate even though I already sent it in with my original submission. I sent another copy back via Fedex and it made it to NBC on May 9th. No case updates since.

On 8/15 my case update to ?ready to schedule an interview?

Rfie was received 4/23 ?no more on hold?
Almost 4 month. I?m happy and relieved to know that someone actually working on my case.

Hope to get my EAD soon!

Awesome! I'm really glad your case is progressing. I still haven't heard anything from USCIS in regards to my RFIE response back in May (received by them May 9th). I did a service request with a tier 2 officer on August 7th. She said I should hear something by August 22nd, which I highly doubt. I will most likely follow up on the 22nd. I just want to know if my case is actually being worked on. I should't have received an RFIE in the first place. I'm just trying to be as patient as I can.
