Is EB-1B timeline faster than others?

Most of the cases on this forum seem to be for categories other than EB-1B. I was wondering if EB-1B processing timeline is different from other categories? Can anyone who has gone through this please confirm.

My I-140 was approved in Dec 2017. My I-485 has a Dec 2017 priority date at the NSC. Completed my biometrics appointment earlier this month.

Can anyone with similar experience, please share what's the next stage and what's the typical timeline these days for that. Thank you.

No experience, but I think all employment-based take same time in terms of timeline after I-485 is filed. I think extraordinary ability category may have a straight forword interview as they are not depedent on job offer or employer.

I think the timeline similar for EB1 AOS as others. But it might change if you are from India or China due to the retrogression in priority dates. My EB1 I-140 was approved recently. Sent my AOS package on March 28 and finished my biometric on April 27th. I am still not sure how the retrogression will effect my process as I am an Indian National.
