Did you file joint taxes together? You could get a Tax Id number and use it to file joint taxes if you haven?t for 2027 even if one spouse didn?t have any income . Also some banks don?t require you to have a social security number but just a valid ID like your passport. You just need to explain to them that you are in the immigration process. If you can?t get these things done just explain to the immigration officer. I have heard of couples approved with very little evidence.

It's not the first person I read they receive an employment interview when it is a marriage based one. Is that a mistake of someone? My application is at NBC so let's hope they are fast over there! I did bio metric 7 days after you and my status changed already to "ready for schedule an interview" although there no any interview scheduled yet.

The NBC is not a field office. It used to be the Missouri Service Center and that's why your receipts show MSC if they come from the National Benefits Center.

I don't have a joint bank account with my spouse either simply because his bank wouldn't put me on it without a SSN. Also, we signed up a year ago to buy a house through a home buyers association & one of the rules is to not make any major purchases or open a new bank account.
                  We have; 1. Lease agreement,
                  2.Renter's insurance,
                  3.life insurance policy,
                  4.2017 joint tax returns,
5.water bill in both our names,
6.my name listed on his car title,
                  7.marriage counseling certificate.
                  8. Mails from family members in both our names for our 1st anniversary
                  9. Wedding invitation from his college buddy & we're attending the wedding this weekend. We're going to take pics 😋
We're currently trying to gather more evidence🤗Also, I read 2 threads with persons who didn't have a bank account that were successful at their interview.

You honestly have more than enough. I don?t know why you are worried. Like I said, yes the more you have the better but I have come across couples who barely had any evidence and were approved and some that had a lot were asked for a second interview.

                        Kaylip,

why is it so expensive? Do you have vaccination/medical records? If you do, the physician will just transfer the information from those records onto the I-693. Most adults have had all vaccines.

I had a record of all my vaccines from Italy with translation. Still you have to make a flu shot (covered by insurance in my case) and STD tests (only gonorrhea as far as I remember but I might be wrong). Nevertheless, my bill was $360 for the visit.

I start thinking the process is random so we should not rely too much on what is happening to other people. In my case for example, beside being in America with H1B for 3 years now, I work for the Air Force too. Someone might think my case would be the fastest but it hasn't been faster than anyone else. Still waiting for my interview notice which might come today or in 2 months or longer, who knows. And I don't have as many proves as you have

That's the problem, my vaccination records card was destroyed in a flood back home. I was born in "88 and there were no computer records so the hospital doesn't even have it. The place I called said $260 but because I don't have my records it will cost $425. Someone on here didn't have her records either and she got hers done for $300+ but she lives in another state.

At this point I'd suggest you to pay for $425 or call every single doctor in your town and check if prices are different.
