Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed

Hi everyone .

i Live in NYC and i had interview on march 23 2018. interview went thru pretty much OK. after interview was completed me and my wife asked Officer what is the next step to do? she said there is nothing to worry,she gave me white paper and it says ?interview is on hold? Today on 04/26/2018 i got update on USCIS website and now its says ?Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed???

Please if anybody knows anything just help me and share everything you know.

Some couples get approved on the spot and some don?t. You could be approved after a week, or a month or months from now.
Maybe they haven?t finished your background checks yet. They check backgrounds with different agencies other than FBI and backgrounds do extend to your original home country. Just be patient.

Thank you so much, i hope and i believe in my heart i will be approved. also i have one more question about my I 130 form ,when i will be approved is my sons case will be automatically approved too?
