Hello all,
I filed the I-485, I-765 and I-131 concurrently. My lawyers sent out the packet on the 29th of March to avoid the PD retrogression for Indian and Chinese nationals from the 1st of April. Below is my timeline. I want to start a thread so that we know of what is going on after the retrogression is in. Is the process moving? Are people getting interview dates etc etc?
Timeline
3/29/2018: I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent
3/30/2018: Received by USCIS
4/15/2018: Received receipt notice and biometric appointment letters together
4/27/2018: Biometrics/fingerprinting done
Now I am just waiting for the next phase.
