I-485 family based interview

Hi everyone,
My i-485 was received on 8/22/17. I did the biometrics. My case was ready to schedule an interview. But on 4/18/2018, i checked the status online and it says, ?At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.?

How long more do they schedule the interview? I have waited for so long.

My PD: 08/11/2017
I case has the same message for almost 2 weeks. Still waiting and didn?t call USCIS.

I called in amd they say they are just scheduling the interview. Which field office is working on your interview?
