What status are u adjusting from? I'm not familiar with an i-120 form?
Also, for i-864 you don't need copies of w7s... did u mean W2s? U need copies of the last 3 years or u will get an RFE. How much does the Petitioner make yearly and how many persons live in the home?

Thank you so much for replying kaylip. I am adjusting from an F1 student status and the *I-20* is the form that document I was issued.
I'm sorry, I meant W2s. Thank you for confirming about the last 3 years of tax returns. The petitioner makes about 35,000 for 2 people in the home.

Oh ok. Yes, so the last 3 years tax returns along with the W2s you have to send. 35k is above the poverty threshold for 2 persons so you should be fine. Most people get RFE's(Request For Evidence) for the i864. I think u should be fine because my husband was making around the same when we filed and we didn't get any RFE's!

Also, do u have anything like insurance or bank account together? Or maybe anything that you are authorized on your spouses account (credit cards, utility bill, etc)? If u do, u can send that in.

I believe you are correct. For the I-765, you do need some sort of ID added. I was issued an EAD when i applied for OPT after my master's degree a couple years ago so included a copy of that.
