My EAD receipt number is in production but on the DHS website it says," your green card, EAD, advanced parole is in production & will be mailed to you".

Also, I contacted a senator and the day before the approval immigration sent an email saying that they were trying to resolve the case as quickly as possible. Couldn't the contact from the Senator's office be a "push" on their decision?
Having said that, now I'm afraid to leave the country and come back. My cousin is getting married in the end of the year and he wants me to be there and his best man!

Your green card is based on marriage so your marriage HAS TO BE VALID on the day of approval which it is not. If indeed the USCIS has approved your i-485 and this is not a system glitch then that approval is based outdated information and is in error. Your lawyer should know this. Now if the USCIS comes upon this information for instance when you apply for citizenship, they likely will move to rescind your LPR status. See link below for some examples especially answer 4, in that case also the USCIS issued green card after eligibility had ceased.

it could have also said, we've ordered the production of your card, with the same status.
I'm just saying you never know what they come up with unless you get it in the mail.
I'm hoping you get your greencard of course but we won't know until the mail comes in right. This is my opinion, not legal advice!
