  • Your appeal was dismissed???

Your appeal was dismissed and the original decision on your case, Receipt Number YYYY , remains the same. On May 2, 2018, we sent you a notice about this action. If you do not receive your notice by June 1, 2018, please contact the appellate authority directly. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

    What does this mean?
I got another letter saying my I-765 is approved, and in production.

But my I-130 appeal is dismissed? Which appeal? I requested my !-130 to be expedited..
Does this mean the expedite request is dismissed? or the whole I130 request is dismissed?

By the sounds of it, it seems they've dismissed your request to have it expedited. It says the original decision remains the same so it sounds like the I-130 still stands as it was before you requested the expedition. I assume if they were going to be denying your I-130 form in full, they'd have been specific about that with a formal NOID and wouldn't have used the word dismissed.

If it says that the original decsion on the case remains the same it means that whatever status it was before u made the appeal, remains the same.

Did I not tell you that the moment a Congress person steps in to shake the tree, everyone starts doing their job at USCIS? There you go. Your AP was approved and from the looks of your timeline, your interview has been scheduled, too. Congrats!

Ha. I'll have to pull a stunt here and there for that to happen with the slowest field office - Minneapolis- but thank you!
