Criteria for applying in EB 1 category

Hello All,

I am working with HCL and am currently in Virginia, US for 3 years now. My company has initiated my GC Processing. This is my second term with HCL and I was with HCL in the past for 6 years at Bangalore, India. Post that I left HCL and joined another company. After 3 years, I joined HCL again at Onsite and wanted to see if my GC Processing will categorize in EB 1 category. Any idea?

EB1 category has a lot many requirements than you think. Have you been involved in research (for EB1 A or B) ? or are you an international manager? (EB1 C)
If yes, then talk to an attorney otherwise it will depend on your job profile and responsibilities whether it falls in EB2 or EB3.
