Can someone please tell me if I need to pay 1,140 for i485 for a child. Or do I need to add 85$ For biometric which amounts to $1,225???

According to the USCIS website, If the child is filing WITH a parent the I-485 form fee is $750 with no fee required for biometrics. If the child ISN'T filing with a parent the I-485 form fee is $1140 and there's also no biometrics fee.Originally posted by spoilmilk View Post
