I have submitted my application for adjustment of status last month and I have done my bimetrics last week. Today, I got the Courtesy Letter from USCIS saying that your I-693 was not submitted along with I-485. You will be required to submit information and evidence to overcome the deficiencies at a later date. I have intensionally did not submit I-693 as I was sure that till my interview comes it will take more than 1 year as my application is based on spouse of a green card. So, Do I have to submit I-693 or Will it be fine to submit it when I go for an interview.

It says at a later date, so that means not immediately. Your choices for submitting the I-693 are three-fold. You either submit it with your initial filing of I-485, at any time period between filing your I-485 and your interview, or bring it to your interview. It's said you will be required to submit it on a later date... so I don't think you should submit it at this time. Maybe they will send you something like REF.--------------------------------------------------------------------------
