Here is my timeline
Came to the US 2006 on F1 visa.
Married on 6/9/2017 to a US citizen. Met my husband in 2007 while attending college, dated for 1 year and broke things off because of stress with school. Kept in touch and remained friends.
I had a son in 2009 but my relationship with my son?s father didn?t work out because of emotional abuse even though we talked about marriage.
Rekindled relationship with my now husband in 2015 and got married in June 2017. Filed AOS in
PD 2/22:/2018
Bio 3/26/2018
Status as of now : case ready to be scheduled for interview.
My question is will Immigration question why we broke up and got back together? Had a child with another man in between? A lot of people are telling me not to worry, things happen in life.
Second, my husband moved in with us because I didn?t want to change my son?s school. Tried to add him on my lease but couldn?t because of his credit and second because my apartment is a tax credit unit so they go off based on income.
I added him in my gas bill and about to add him on cable bill but his name only appers when they send us the bill. He can?t be a joint account holder because of his credit. What do I do? Im working on adding him on my checking account.
He is the only one working right now since I?m waiting for my EAD so we have limited income and proof to show financial commingling. I can?t be in his insurance since I?m don?t driving. Both of us don?t have health insurance as it is costly only on one income. He is an independent contractor so he doesn?t have benefits at his job. I think things will get easier once I get the EAD but what if interview comes before EAD?
