This process really is a mockery of the systems that govern.

Yes there are thousands of applications, but we pay thousands of dollars.

Why not get rid of cuteomr service that cant tell you anything, websites that dont work, and have these people process appliations?

I couldn't agree with you more. I feel like they want to delay the process as long as they can.

yes let's get rid of an entire system that has been used for years because a few people on a forum have gotten ancy from having to wait like everyone else applying for COS. Just be patient. your time will come.

Plenty of June 2017 filers are still in the dark.
My PD is June 1 2017, my status has been "we are scheduling your interview" since August 14 2017.
My field office (Seattle) is currently reporting 50% of cases are completed by 11 months, which for me would have been May 1st, but as yet I don't have my interview date, so it's likely not going to happen until at least a month from today, at which point it will be over 12 months. And mine is presumably a simple case with a well completed/supported/packaged application.

Look in forum topics for Feb/Mar/Apr 2018 filers.
Others are reporting that when the status updates after being unavailable, they find they have an interview scheduled.
Not my experience, and just because something occurs for another case, I wouldn't hag my hopes on it happening for mine, but that's what's being reported.
