    [QUOTE=MissTz1982;566402]Hey there.
    Let?s keep each other updated since we all from Georgia.
    When is your priority date? And isn?t the test supposed to be done by the Doctors on the USCIS list only?[/QUOTE

    She is on the USCIS list.

      I just wanted to clarify that these immunization records are not like a certificate of birth. It's great if you get the original medical chart, but a copy of the chart is fine. That would be a primary evidence/record.
      A secondary record would be OK too. For example: Your high school took a look at your medical record before the flood, made a copy and included your immunization summary as part of your school record. Then, a copy of your school record is a secondary/evidence record.

      Your mother does not have to go over there to retrieve them. They can fax them to you. That would be fine, too. You would have to translate them into English. If you don't have a fax machine, you can get a online fax service for a few dollars and the faxes will go either to your email account or to some inbox from the service.

        What was the third one? I did mine yesterday and I don't think they gave me the one for hepatitis B. I'm supposed to return 2moro for them to check my arm for TB reaction. I guess my question is would USCIS accept a form without hepatitis B vaccine?

          the doctors / clinics have a chart with the vaccines you need based on your age, you don't need all of the ones listed in the form, depends on your age and the ones you can prove you already have. I am 30 and didnt have proof for the Hep B and didnt get the shot, this was not an issue on the interview or case approval

              Here's this link. If you scroll down to page 10/12, you will see a chart of age appropriate vaccinations. https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugee...Surgeons-H.pdf Unless you end up pursuing career in health care that requires direct contact with patients, you won't be harassed about the Hepatitis B series.

                  It was varicella, dtap and MMR. A few days after the vaccine I had my upper arm swollen and painful for a few days. Anyone experienced that?

                    Omg right now I'm having pains in my upper left arm(the vaccination site). Ever since I left the doctor's office it's been hurting.

                      You should have access to ?doctor on demand? through your insurance. You can have a video consultation with a physician/ NP/PA
