    Salary difference for AC21

    Does USCIS consider location for similarity under AC21? I'm changing from Texas (no income tax, cheap place--115K) to Bay area (145K). Both exactly the same job duties, same descriptions, and even same industry sector (two competitor companies).
    They understand location differences, right? Any experiences?
