My PD is Nov 2016 and my field office is Houston. I submitted my second EAD at the beginning of Dec 2017 and still have not heard back yet. My case status for my I 485 shows "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information." for like more than 3 weeks.

On the website it says that the process is taking from 9 -19 Months. How accurate is that?
