  • Will I get a REF??????

I heard people said that if one of the 3 year income is below 125% poverty line you will get a REF.

My husband's 2 year which is 2015 is below 125% income line because change of the job but not the year of 2014 and 2016. When I submitted it, we didn't have the 2017 tax return yet.

Will I get a REF????? So far no information since Feb.... just worried.

I wouldn't have thought so. They generally only care about the most recent tax return showing 125% of FPL or above, that's why it's the only one that is mandatory. The other years are optional. Often people make less one year and then get a raise or promotion etc the next year, it's not uncommon.

Only the most recent tax year is required. The additional 2 are optional. Since you filed before tax season was over, then you will likely be expected to bring it to the interview. It will be listed on the interview notice. That being said, other people have gotten RFEs. If you do, just respond ASAP.

Did you send all pay stubs for 2017?

What matters to them is the recent tax return or
        pay stubs.
